AT A GLANCE

The American Association of Professional ECE Educators will work to revolutionize the Early Childhood Education (“ECE”) field of practice with a focus on increased student academic achievement as a result of professional codes, standards and qualifications.  With a comprehensive documentation of a direct link between ECE educator qualifications and increased academic, behavioral and social achievement on the part of early education learners, the American Association of Professional ECE Educators will advocate not only for professionalization of the ECE field of practice, but will also work to increase ECE educator wages nationwide.
